I believe that day changes at 21:00 GMT on YoBit. You can then convert GMT to your timezone.

I really don't understand what 21:00 gmt means. The time on yobit the same on the forum time? If not what are the difference.

I think that is about the yobit server time, and anyway it isn't hard to find the difference at the end....
