Usually i got my money in paypal for 10 minutes, maybe just one time i waited for about 1 hour or so.

Yeah i wrote them an email and asked about it. It turned out that they are processing all withdrawals, however the bigger withdrawals have priority, while the smaller ones are delayed but still processed within the given deadline.
So it basically goes like this: If your withdrawal is bigger it will be cleared faster.
If your withdrawal is smaller, it will be cleared too, but with a small delay.
