It's not so much that things are getting "stuck", they're just pending for there to be enough money in the wallet to actually make the transaction.

So, why is the Cryptsy wallet never getting above dust levels of balance? It's only been above 1BTC a couple of times in the last week, and even then it is instantly drained by users trying to exit.
A different takeaway of course is that this reveals that Cryptsy is running like 400 coin daemons on a single server, but that's probably less interesting.
