Well, he doesn't seem to mean that.

He means for making an app there won't be a requirement for bankroll, to risk the bankroll, to have a predictable cash flow, to reduce trust risk a bit (players tend to trust a new Moneypot app than a new site from a newbie), etc.

It is true for say every bitcoin wagered, but on the other hand, moneypot has sites that offer players very low house edge, and it would help make Moneypot grow faster.

He was just using that post to speak negatively about prcdice aa he has many times in the past. Do you really think that Dooglus doesn't know that how attractive a bankroll investment is depends on the turnover of the bankroll?
