I think it's a general problem.
Even my friend getting same error on his phone so its not me and you should try yourself check the wallet

Im having the same problem. I finally was able to log into my wallet and initiate a withdrawal but then it had some other error and reset to where i was getting the first error message again.

You can use your register email send a message to fanny@btckan.com,with your Bitcoin Kan ID and your phone number in it~ We will check the problem in backstage as soon as possible.
