Its false. There are 2¹⁶¹ possible addresses. 2¹⁶⁰ for the way the hash ripemd160 works and double that for the two possible prefixes '1' and '3'.

Even if every person (assuming 10 billion) on earth uses a million addresses per second it will last ~ 9,268,782,580,738,856,660,348,077 years
