The HS/fan seems to be glued or is stuck on with some really good stuff.

Shouldn't have to remove the whole HS/fan,just unscrew the 3 screws & swap it.

If anyone has a need for replacement fans - either top or bottom. Please write office@butterflylabs.com and ask. We'll be happy to send them out free of charge.

You don't have to send in a your old fan.

Question is do you (BFL) need the fan sent back in order to get a replacement? because i have already thrown it away since it was dead.
