it isnt, its just that some people reported that ISIS
is using bitcoin for their transactions, it may be true
or not but after that report people star exaggerating about
bitcoin being used by the terrorist ISIS, to be honest its
not just bitcoin is being used in illegal transaction is just that
people needed something to blame and bitcoin was the victim.

Maybe they can use it to transact between members of ISIS themselves, but not to buy the real stuff. They need hard USD for that.
I don't beleive the weapons they have in Syria and around where actually bought with bitcoin.
