Why are you going to dump them all at a time? Do not sell 25+BTC at one go, because, whenever the price will rise up even more you'll have nothing but regret left!

So, just register yourself on LocalBitcoins and verify your profile so that buyers will start trusting you from the beginning. And start selling them in bits and chunks. You might get lucky and be able to sell them at a much higher price.

But if you are in a hurry, then you may try selling them in popular exchanges like; Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Coinbase, Cryptsy, etc.
