He had asked and received an extension. He offered to pay within the extended deadline in fiat but I insisted on Bitcoin only and he asked for a few more days to convert it.

The loanee has stopped responding so I am taking this loan to be defaulted even though in the past he has paid way past the due date.

I am leaving the old feedback as it is for now as I think there is a chance he is in some genuine trouble and the default was unintentional.

I might suggest opening a scam accusation
