i think what he mean is that the program will change the odds of winning and losing in demo and real bets. it also happen the same in real life casino where if you bet bigger, the chance of appear special features in slot machine is higher.

That is a common sense and all casinos also do not want to lose big amounts so there are chances that some casino may do this kind of cheating for there survival purpose. But we can't say all them will be doing it. Since all these online casinos are programs so any conditions can be applied the program at any point, if they really want to cheat.
