Ok, so you want a refund after you know his method? I'm pretty sure you can sell the empty card and if your customer want to load the card, you can simply ask them to give you the money + fee to load into the card.

No, I bought this method because I need new VCC verify PayPal to load Bing for my job. I don't sell VCC.
