Looks like a scam. Guy asked for 0.2 btc for a 200 usd coupon on a S7. Dealt with him on Skype on id chemyboyfat
He accepted Skrill or BTC I chose BTC.
After making payment to his address 12ttdVWcPWGWKFxQLNZS41iSqG88ca2C8g, he asked for my bitmaintech id, i gave it and then he immediately deleted me off Skype and went offline on both bitcointalk and Skype.
