He accepted Skrill or BTC I chose BTC.

After making payment to his address 12ttdVWcPWGWKFxQLNZS41iSqG88ca2C8g, he asked for my bitmaintech id, i gave it and then he immediately deleted me off Skype and went offline on both bitcointalk and Skype.

Claims to be a 'coin static dev' for Monero and claims to have worked a lot for Monero development and then proceeded to offer to sell me Monero (which I didn't take up).

I wish I had said to use Escrow several times.
