Are they right? I don't have any fiat transactions on my account. I needed tier 2 only to be able to withdraw my coins.

Dosent matter, fiat or not. Im 1/2 doing air quotes when saying this for obvious reasons.. but " They are a US MANAGED MSB" (Altho Cryptsy in Belieze or wtf ever the loop hole is)

The day that they went from being said to be a 'US BASED company' on their 'about page' to this: Cryptsy International LTD, a Belize Company (roughly 10 months ago.. is when I said Eff this im out) ..even tho I have dust remaining.. its been more than made up long ago.

Edit/Added: One may ask why I realized this.. I mean who clicks that 'about' page every day.. well.. I did, considering the ammout of HYPE @ the time about them being 'US BASED'.. and 'Industry LEADERS' & the FIAT Mrkt Hype.... and all this n that.. it seemed highly overly exaggerated.. and now .. we are here.
