I guess it makes sense though. I looked up that hufflepuff person as someone mentioned and that's crazy. I understand they want to be cautious, but still, it was live roulette. There's no way for me to know the outcome. I was just really lucky.

Considering your luck , and the amount of btc that you already withdrew from them it's no surprise that they are taking your case very seriously.
It's good for your case that it was won on the live game, atleast it shouldn't rise any flags that you could cheat on software-side, but for 84 btc i would
also have a good talk with staff involved, and check everything few times before releasing withdraw, assuming they can pay up that sum, which i think they can.
