Read what I said in the thread. I said I tried to add the card to my account so I can use it and getting invalid error. I am not trying to check my balance. What you are telling me to do is check my balance. I purchased whole foods gift before and know how to use it. These codes that I got just doesn't work.
Please read everything that I tell you and send you! I replaced these however they didn't need to be replaced. I will give the warning here nice and clear!

How exactly do we use this? After payment through payivy what do we receive ex. egift (card number and pin)? I understood the part were you wrote we can only check balance by phone.
Download the "GYFT" app to your mobile device and add the cards codes/pin to that app. It creates a mobile card with a barcode you show to the cashier that they can either type in or scan. The ONLY way to check the balance is by phone because their website has been broken. Despite the fact these cards "never die" I would suggest you check the balance right BEFORE going into the store just to avoid the possibility of embarrassment. While they might not die they may go into a vegetative state from which there is no recovery.
