Yeah the price should be rise above 500 if halving is over you will see the price rising fast.And the price will never down below 400.
Just view the chart of this month its very stable and no sign of breaking down below 400..

The price is rising now to around $450. This could be helped by funds seeking safe heaven due to the stock market drop.

If that was the case, then the price would go much higher than the $450 that we are currently sitting on. It's a normal price increase that was already due to happen. It's that simple.
