Just looking at his profile, does it suggest he is the admin of Bitcointalk?
If so, he may be trying to move people over from Reddit. Also, if he has to follow the rules on there, then he must do so. If he is censoring the threads then he should stop. You should really try posting on their Bitcoin section /r/bitcoin and see what response you get.
