DOX is allowed because it is a collection of publicly available information.

And when its not nothing happens to the person.

If the reason behind posting someone elses DOX is just to troll the person, then it is most likely going to be removed.

And yet no other dox but Theymos' has ever been removed (other than that lawyers').

If you spam the same DOX in a lot of places/via multiple accounts then it will most likely be removed and you would be punished.

And yet that doesn't happen. Its one thing to keep stating these rules but they're just not being enforced, unless its a staff member's dox...
