Ohhh no it isn't...

It seems to be partially up now. At least there is no server error with the homepage, but the document I uploaded several hours ago is still trying to process itself - and the 2 DGB fee has over 1500 confirmations.

I'm still getting this. I'm using android 4.4.2 at the moment. Could it be an Android specific issue?

For the record, I was able to access these links from about the time they were posted (using Chrome on win10). If it's helpful info for the future it's entirely possible it was an Android or mobile specific issue.
