I'm still getting this. I'm using android 4.4.2 at the moment. Could it be an Android specific issue?

For the record, I was able to access these links from about the time they were posted (using Chrome on win10). If it's helpful info for the future it's entirely possible it was an Android or mobile specific issue.

Affirmative. Yesterday's document was finally processed around 5:00 GMT this morning.

And I just did another and it went through in lightning speed in just under 3 1/2 minutes . . . and part of that was the time it took me to send the fee. Wink
