All the transactions that we send are in high priority.

The exact fee is determined automatically by the official Bitcoin client, we don't set it specifically, as recommended by the Bitcoin developers.

The fee that we include is always more than 0.00015 BTC per KB to ensure high priority (and usually the fee is even higher as determined automatically by the official Bitcoin client).

It is configured to include sufficient fees so that payouts will confirm within 3 blocks. A block is generated every few minutes on average.

Most payouts are confirmed on the very next block. Sometimes, although rarely, the official Bitcoin wallet wrongly estimates the fees, and as a result it takes a little bit longer for the payout to confirm. Hopefully this will be improved in future Bitcoin releases.
