Well, trolls are trolls with their own agenda but he may actually have a point here. With Evolution being years from completion there're no major news or updates in sight, as far as I see. So this might be the highest price we'll see this year. Also any other high volume action like ETH draws BTC from DASH market.
Evan has said Evolution is about a year or so away, not years. But yes, you are correct in terms of software updates. Consider, however, that the Lamassu integration announcement spiked the price by 20%. If the team was able to make additional contacts at Miami, and these contacts bear fruit, then similar announcements could bring similar price increases.
