This is the case. For some reason the rule against selling such accounts kind of became inactive on its own (everyone forgot about it?). Clarification: I will delete threads where accounts have been obviously stolen/hacked (or stated so by the seller/buyers). I have only deleted a very small amount of threads until there's an official statement.

So what you are actually saying is that Staff doesn't have strict rules about this and as a results some are allowed and some aren't to do exactly the same thing on this forum?
