is thier any new pools I am suppose to switch to and get payments faster? cause all of a sudden my S3+ now takes 5 or 6 days to get 0.01 BTC instead of 2 days like before

Diff has gone up and S3 is not very effective. If you don't have very cheap electricity it's not profitable anymore. Changing pool won't help this.

That is the nature of the game. As gear get's older the less it makes from efficiency. I am a little surprised to hear you make 25 a month off a single S3. What is your electricity price?
the s3 is pretty much done.. at todays diff and btc price they make 23$ @ 100% luck..
at 10c a kwh they cost 25$ to run..
altho you can undervolt them.. to add some life.. i have 3 running, but kano's luck is keeping them alive.. but just barely and im using mine to heat the back room to keep the mildew out.. so there is that.
That was what I was thinking that he must be "free" or near "free" to make 25 still. I found that impressive it does it a month for anyone considering age and price they sell for.
They were built like tanks though. So I expect we will see them around for quite a while yet just has to be very very cheap electricity.
