It actually never fell to $300. The lowest that it dropped was $370 so I don't know what you are talking about.

I think he meant for $300 level is $300 - $399.

$1000 last year is unrealistic. We stay at $200 level for majority of the months last year.

Yes it would take longer to reach $1000 mark but one thing for sure it will sure happen sooner or later. If we will look on how much price perfroms month by month, the changes are noticeable.
