That is only needed if you want to send mixed coins by default. If you only want to mix, you don't need it.

"darksend " is what you use in dash-cli to send mixed coins

Ah...I have liquidityprovider=1. Not the same function as it only mixes when others demand, but why I am mixing without the enabledarksend.
