Looks like this account still active in bitmixer even this account has negative trust. I hope the owner of bitmixer can saw this account and i hope it will fix it soon..

If you want him removed, contact bitmixer directly, they dont have a system in place to disqualify those with negative trust

I think these people usually discuss with the OP directly and he used to allow that in the past.It could be one of such cases.
