it does not matter if he makes 1, 10 or 100 Bets to achieve his goal. Statistically he will lose anyway.

Statistically he will reach his goal with 9.9% success rate by doing just 1 bet on dice site with 1% house edge. It is wrong to assume he will lose for sure.
