A reasonable person would think that, right? He told me he won't do that, and that I'll have to bid on it in an auction if I want it back.

If you can sign a message from an address posted ~2-3 months ago you can reclaim the account by contacting theymos.

I already offered him if he can sign message I can give him account back after repay the loan amount, I can't give account to a random person who can't sign message.

If I did then we may see many request in lending board people claiming for high ranked collateral account in exchange of paying the loan.
