Please do not make up story's here. There is no way that our system wouldnt store a wallet if it would be generated by the form on our site.
When wallet is generated it instantly sends it to websites database as it is connected to Blocktrail API payment system. A new wallet just wouldnt generate if the system wouldnt work.

If you sent your BTC to random wallet, we cannot do anything about it, as we cannot see the money in our account.
