Please do not make up story's here. There is no way that our system wouldnt store a wallet if it would be generated by the form on our site.
When wallet is generated it instantly sends it to websites database as it is connected to Blocktrail API payment system. A new wallet just wouldnt generate if the system wouldnt work.

It looks to me that you have just PRTSC what you have sent. It is so easy to do it. I can also do it. I have 4 accounts in this site but never has I been in trouble depositing in the account/wallet they gave us to deposit. The only problem that may arise is that when there will be a decrease in deposit as declare or an increase as declared upon registering. So in your issue that the DB gave different wallet address for deposit, that will only happen if you register again for a deposit. You are having problem because HONESTLy there is no deposit you made because the system will pick it up if you have. I am not an Admin, many here are just concern that NEGATIVE feedbacks are being thrown to the Admin when they are being supportive. Many of as had an issue here but Admin fix it. So it will be difficult for Admin to fix something that is not existing.
