If you got scammed then open scam accusations against him. This will help others to not to trade with him as he will be given -ve trust.

I will get home and do that. He has broken English, and is suspected to be Argentinean, or some other S.American country.

i think you can reverse the payment because you are using legit paypal its better to dispute his PP account and start a case to him...
