For bankroll I dont think that is much though. Because you really need a lot of it to cover some loss when player suddenly have a big win. Couple of them have a big win and others is having small winning sure will lose many bankroll. If you dont have enough bankroll to support your site, I am sure it will be bankcrupt. Actually we never have to worry about any size win, and we never have losses.

Our game is a traditional lottery (not a dice type game) with all payout based on pari-mutual prize pools, and our game is 100% provably fair.

You will have to paid a several coin to the winners too right because it is lottery game with may be some percentage back to the site. Btw how are we going to play traditional lottery? You need to buy some tickets too right? There is no explanation on how your game will be going so there is a less attraction from other people as I can say
