Its a Radeon X1800XT and about 6 generations out of date.

Because of this, it does not mean anyone will buy it!
They offer this because of a low demand, and things.

And why would anyone want to fork out $265 for a old socket, extremely out of date cpu Huh

And instead they can invest $100 or so and get the newest in line?

No one is going to pay for an extremely out of date processor, end of story,

Right and I am a store. If they already have the motherboard with this socket and wanted to upgrade the cpu buying this one would be cheaper than buying a whole new motherboard, ram and CPU would it not? I'm not saying this offer is good for everyone or even most people but someone may find that this would be best for them.
