As for ponzi's , the owner can run away with the pot any time (which is going on here almost every other day), not saying that this will (it might), but you got to always expect the worst.

This game has nothing to do with investing and it doesn't even imply so anywhere.

Definition for provably fair according to your link is:
1) Provably fair means the player can prove the operator didnt cheat.
2) Provably fair means the shuffle and order of the cards are verifiably random and also that they cant be changed once the game has started.
3) Provably fair means you know exactly what you are dealing with before you start. Game payout odds are clearly displayed in the payout table.

This fits in all of those requirements. So this is provably fair.

And if we would give negative trust for the possibility to run away with customers money, then every exchange and gambling site should have negative trust here.
And this has been around for over 1 full year now, without running away with customers money.
