These e-coin support stuff really pisses me on! Yesterday i deposited 20 to my account and tried to load my card. But i got an error "loading failed".
Since yesterday the 20 i wanted to transfer on my card disappeared. As you can see on the attached picture ITS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT, NOT ON MY CARD AND HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFERED! Its just DISAPEARED!
I wrote to theyr support and trold them tree times now exactly what happened but these *** allways only reply "it should be credited to your account allredy now". IT HAS ALLREADY BEEN THERE YESTERDAY!
As a three support tickets dont bring these guys to look at this and fix the problem made of theyr system maybe this here helps!
