Well for cs:go and dota i have never played them really so accounts would be fresh, cs:go i played casual but never ranked. Dota i dont play because i hate mobas.

The price would not be cheap as its worth a fair amount of cash but of course i can accept bitcoin/paypal/skrill price would vary depending on payment type.
