I theory yes, but in practise there really isnt enough market activity for that theoretical market cap to have much meaning.

Well if we can't achieve the previous marketcap we're all pretty much screwed anyway. Best thing you guys can do it try to get at least 15 million coins it you want to remain relevant in terms of staking.
