So we are now at Block 28168, of total 35.251 Blocks.

But why coinmarketcap is showing me until now only 11,430,973 CYG?

It should be much more or not at this late phase?

The dev write:
"The Proof-of-Work phase will end at block 35.250, until then approximately 25.885.320** CYG will be mined."

So there will be mined more than 50% of the coins in the last 7.000 Blocks?

No. But POS blocks eaten a lot of pow blocks so at the and there will be around 10 m coins less than the expected 25m. There is nothing wrong here is common with pos/pos running at the same time

Those are POS blocks, and that is not the real number of coins created, just the way POS works(it returns you the coins in that way). About 1.07 coins were actually created through the process.
