As long as it makes the price goes up who really cares if this coin never gets to the AUR population.
I DO.
ffs, don't you understand this experiment is to try to make it a local currency in Iceland ?!?
if you just hype it up and let it fall again, NOTHING is gained. No insight, no result.
It's a decentralized coin, who gives anyone the right to decide who the coin is intended for? adamastor is promoting it and making the best of the situation, what if this never works out in Iceland at least we can have African support.
One day iceland's auroracoin will need the international community, they just don't know it yet

They will need investors from the US , Europe and China to support them. We will keep the coins safe until they can buy from us at 100 times the price which is fair value.
15.33 billion USD GDP in 2013, divide this by 10 million coins (future amount) = $1500 per coin.
If this does take off in Iceland, it'll just be another option for payment. Just like debit cards, money transfers, etc.
Don't count on it completely replacing a government issued currency, but it would be nice if Iceland's government recognizes it as an official alternative form of payment.
