you aren't allowed to hijack someones sales/service thread by promoting your own goods/services in it.
Asking about the availability of promoted service is not against the rules, and i have posted the screenshots in relation with "no service" promised by promoter of service.
But there are no ansvers in relation with my claim and tree other forum users claims.
So, no trolling in that case and the confront of services is not against the USA law.

There is not indicated, that the rules are
only for the Russian Language board here and other parts of Forum have some special Rules.
