That is about right. But the difficulty is rising fast. I believe the difficulty will double in the next two months. So the earning will halve.

And the value could go up by 50%, unlikely but possible :-)

The people who invest in new rigs are counting on the price rise. As the difficulty will rise definitely in the near future.
