Yup! I have done this a couple of times in controlling my betting and the amount that I will spend in gambling I have lessen my losses since then and it is now OK for me to accept if I loss because it is just small amount if all that amount lose then I try again some other day or the day I could play.

There is of course. You dont need to play that much, you must play with small amounts and that is very important.

Yup your right rather than playing gambling with just small amount they will keep on betting big because of the way they think and that is addiction, that will not be great for your profit
