That's like saying a restaurant must have good food because they pay people to walk the streets handing out fliers.

In the sense they haven't scammed anyone yet, they always pay on time, every time so far, thats my point. I don't know for how long but I hope is for long period of time.

That has nothing to do with the signature campaign you mentioned in your first post.

Poloniex is the way to go with exchanges. AFAIK, they haven't encountered many problems in the past that mark them as suspicious.
