Yes, the best time for buying bitcoin comes when everyone feel fear from it and start to sell his/her all coins, at that time you can find it at a much low price and can earn better with future value increase.

exactly, that is what recently happened with the ETH pump. all the FUD and spams caused a short term dip in bitcoin price which i used to buy some more bitcoin with the money i had on exchangers.

Ive also done that thing when bitcoin was below 400 i bought some then hold it im now just waiting for the halving and see what will happen to the price.
