BetCoin.TM has failed to remit funds owed to me for two weeks now.  They owe me about 11 bitcoins.  Transcripts of my communication with their support are as follows:

I've not received any email from BetCoin.TM during this time, despite providing an email address on three separate occasions.  I've waited to post this publicly until today as it is now past the 10 working day window they provided me.
