The good thing about lisk is that its really cheap, If the Delegates keep there coins, then its easy to go to highs really easy.
Even if it halves after ico then people will just buy it up there are so many people that didnt invested all inside the ico but actually hoping for a small drop. And that is what will make it grow a lot Cheesy

I doubt anyone is stupid enough to send their Lisk or any other coin to Bter.
At least I Hope no one is that stupid.
