To be honest, I feel like it's actually kind of ridiculous to take raising our children to that type of extreme. I just reverse image searched that house and it's worth $12,000. I'm not about to spend that kind of money on toys for my child to teach them home owner's insurance. If you really wanna do that, are you also going to be painfully realistic and teach them the pain of going bankrupt and living on the street if they lose that house? That's too much for a child to take in at such a young age. Forget it.
Nobody said anything about spending $12,000 dollars on a play house. It'd be a rather useful incitive plan to simply make sure your kids know what they're doing 18 years down the road. You need to make sure they're prepared. That's what a good parent does. Also at some point, you'd have to buy your kids some toys whether you want to or not so I just feel like if you're going to buy them toys, you should buy them toys that teach them things.
